2. Purpose of the site
This website sells made-to-order stretched canvases that reconstruct the sky of a chosen evening at a chosen location, using public astronomical and historical weather data. Orders are contracted directly with ALISTER STRATEGIES, S.L..
3. Intellectual property
The site design, texts, photography, videos, brand name and the sky-reconstruction software are owned by ALISTER STRATEGIES, S.L. or licensed to it, and are protected by Spanish and EU copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission. Each artwork you order is licensed to you for private, non-commercial use.
4. Third-party data sources
Sky reconstructions combine solar geometry calculations with historical weather data from Open-Meteo and public meteorological archives. Map imagery is provided by Esri World Imagery; address search by Photon / OpenStreetMap. We credit these sources and use them under their respective terms.
5. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the site is free of errors. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from here. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish consumer law.
6. Applicable law and disputes
This notice and any use of the site are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. Consumer complaints can also be submitted through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Spanish consumer authorities (Dirección General de Consumo).
